Delete your Calx account

In the app

1. Open Calx and go to Profile.
2. Scroll to Account and choose Delete account.
3. Confirm.

Deletion happens immediately and cannot be undone.

Without the app

If you no longer have the app installed, email hello@longsession.com with the subject Delete my Calx account. If you signed in with Google, send it from that Google account so we can match it; if you never signed in, tell us the approximate date you first used the app and the device, and we will do our best to find the anonymous account. We complete deletion requests within 30 days and confirm by reply.

What is deleted

• Your profile and setup answers (sex, date of birth, height, weight, goals).
• Your entire log: foods, weigh-ins, exercise, water, fasting windows, saved meals, custom foods, badges and streak days.
• Every meal photo you uploaded, and your profile photo.
• Your public profile, your group memberships, every message you posted in a group, the people you blocked and the reports you made.
• Your device's push-notification registration.
• Your purchase records on our side. (Your purchases remain in your Google Play account; cancel any subscription there if you have not already.)
• Your sign-in credential.

What is kept

Records of past meal estimates and the corrections made to them are kept, de-identified: the account identifier is removed from them at deletion and they can no longer be connected to you or to any account. They are used only to measure and improve the accuracy of the analysis.

Analytics events already sent to Firebase Analytics are retained by Google for 2 months under its own policy; they contain no content you typed.
